Policy on Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty


 Items that have been removed from their original packaging are not returnable even if they appear new and unused.  Starter kits are not returnable; we will however gladly exchange a faulty item that was included with the kit as long as it is within the guidelines of the following warranty parameters.

We will gladly exchange or give store credit on items that are DOA or non functioning for 7 days (Clearomizers and Cartomizers are eligible for exchange for DOA ONLY. Due to the nature of clearomizers and cartomizers and not being able to know what battery, voltage or liquids you are using we cannot warranty the length of "time" a carto/clearo will last. Coils pop, coils overheat.).


We will not accept any return or exchange on E-Liquid used equipment or ecig accessories (such as lanyards, cases, modholders, RBA, wick, wire and mesh, or any mechanical mod) which are NON-REFUNDABLE or RETURNABLE.

Please test all products upon receipt. The warranty and exchange period expires regardless of initial examination date.

The default warranty period for all products is 7 days unless otherwise specified. All returns exceeding this must be taken up with the manufacturer.

Batteries will carry a 14 day warranty and returns or exchanges will be given for any defect or problem occurring with normal use during that time this does not apply to disposable type kits or disposable electronic cigarettes.

Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than Vape On! LLC are not eligible for exchange.

For products that have failed outside of the warranty period, Please contact us to help find a solution.

No item can be returned or exchanged for a different item.

We can only guarantee our products work with products we sell and cannot foresee any and all potential issues that may come from using a different manufacturers item with a product we sell. In some cases one product will not function with another product that is similar from somewhere else, one drip tip will not fit another device, etc... this is rare but does happen.

NO returns or exchanges will be accepted without a receipt.
